Mr. Onajite Okoloko – Chairman
Mr. Okoloko is a renowned Nigerian Entrepreneur with vast experience in the oil and gas industry. He is the founder, former Chairman of Midwestern Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited and Eroton Exploration & Production. Midwestern is the largest marginal oil field producer in Nigeria. Eroton owns and operates over 1,035 square kilometers of oil mining lease area in the Niger Delta with a capacity of 500 million barrels of 2P reserves and over 5Tcf of gas.
He also co-founded Oando Plc Group, one of Africa's largest integrated energy solutions providers, focusing on oil and gas operations. He is the founder and pioneer group managing director, chief executive of Notore Chemical Industries, from January 2006 to January 2021. Notore is an agro-allied chemicals and infrastructure company and is the premier producer of urea fertiliser in Sub-Saharan Africa.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Economic Summit (Policy Formulation) Group. He was also a member of the National Technical Working Group for Nigeria Vision Agricultural Transformation Implementation Council, inaugurated in May 2012. He was appointed an inaugural member of the Human Capital and Innovation Capacity Building Working Group of the National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria in 2014.
Mr. Okoloko graduated from the University of Benin, Nigeria 1986, with a Bachelor′s Degree in Economics and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. In 2011, he was named the inaugural winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Emerging Entrepreneur category for the West Africa region.
Engr. Charles Odita – Director
Charles Odita holds a First Class Honours, Bachelors of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree (1984) and a Masters of Engineering (M.Eng) degree (1987) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, Nigeria. Between 1988 and 2007, he worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) in various capacities including Well Site Petroleum Engineer, Drilling Operations Engineer, Research Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Well Engineer and finally as head of Corporate Wells Planning with four years of posting with Netherlands Aardoile Maatschappij (NAM) in Assen, Netherlands (the local Dutch oil producing company) and Shell Research in Rijswijk, Netherlands.
From 2007 to 2014, he worked with Notore Chemical Industries Ltd, a Nitrogenous Urea and NPK Fertilizer company. Worked as Group Chief Technical Officer and then Group Chief Operating Officer. Thereafter from 2014 to 2020, he was the Group Managing Director/CEO of Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited.
He is a Chartered Engineer registered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, and the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Chartered Engineer of the British Engineering Council and a Member of Institute of Directors. He is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) course of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. He is currently consulting in the Oil and Gas Industry and sits on the board of several companies.
Mr. Brume Okoloko – Director
Brume Okoloko is the Managing Director of DEL Waste Management Company, an innovative company committed to providing environmental and integrated waste management services to the oil and gas industry. A seasoned and accomplished professional with broad experience across the oil and gas industry value chain, Brume has developed and reengineered corporate operating models to increase efficiency and maximize company profitability.
Brume defined and executed a forward-looking corporate strategy at DEL Waste Management. He successfully raised funds and secured license agreements to pursue the goal of capturing lead market positions in the environmental and waste management sectors of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. As Managing Director, he has driven a variety of executive initiatives including financial restructuring, infrastructure design, and process reengineering.
Brume has over 26 years of experience as a key contributor to enterprise-level planning and decision making in both the oil and gas and environmental services industries. He is a board-level consultant and trusted advisor to investors, top-level executives, and board members of key industry players. Brume has sat on the board of Eroton Exploration and Production Company Ltd and is also a director of Oilflow Global Energy Ltd, an Indigenous wells construction services company.
Brume holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology from the University of Benin and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from ASTON University, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He has also attended a number of executive training programs in Petroleum Trading, Product Pricing, Logistics Management and Strategic Thinking.
Ms. Francesca Ufuoma Agege – Director
Francesca Ufouma Agege is a public affairs and strategic partnerships professional with experience in technology, policy, and emerging markets. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at TalentUp Africa, a workforce development company helping global firms source, train, and retain top-tier talent from across the African continent.
Prior to this, Francesca held roles at Meta (Facebook), where she worked on the company’s response to high-risk global events, including elections and geopolitical crises. Her career spans politics, tech, and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on impact, access, and systems change.
She holds a BA in Political Science from Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana and MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania USA
