Initial Screening

HR team reviews applications. Shortlisted candidates receive an interview invitation.

Assessment Stage

A technical/competency assessment relevant to the role — may include a written paper, case study, or virtual interview.

Final Interview

Panel interview with line manager and HR. Offer issued within 5 working days for successful candidates.

  • For technical roles, be prepared to discuss real field scenarios, safety protocols, and problem-solving approaches.
  • For virtual interviews: test your connection and camera 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Bring examples of how you have worked with communities or diverse teams — this matters to us.
  • Prepare three questions to ask the panel about the role, the team, and career development opportunities.
