Yakubu Abdurrahman is a highly experienced business executive with over 30 years of expertise across government relations, banking, treasury management, risk analysis, and business development. He currently serves as Vice President, Government Affairs & Business Development, and previously led Government Affairs & External Relations at Notore Chemical Industries, where he managed government engagement, regulatory approvals, and strategic stakeholder relations.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Union Bank of Nigeria, where he managed major oil and gas clients and structured high-value financing deals, and at Broad Bank of Nigeria, where he spent 14 years in roles spanning credit, operations, and treasury. As Head of Currency Dealing, he oversaw liquidity management, foreign exchange operations, and investment strategies, and contributed to key management committees. Mr. Abdurrahman is known for his strengths in strategic leadership, corporate governance, stakeholder management, and financial analysis, with a track record of driving business growth and navigating complex environments. He holds a BSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and is pursuing an MBA in Marketing. He is also affiliated with professional bodies including the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Overall, he combines strong public affairs expertise with deep financial and executive leadership experience.

Amanosi Orukpe is a finance executive with over 14 years of experience in financial management, audit, risk management, and corporate governance. As Vice President, Finance & General Services at Bullcrest, she provides strategic leadership for the Company’s finance and corporate services functions, supporting operational excellence, financial stewardship, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Bullcrest in 2025, Amanosi served as Chief Financial Officer of Tizeti Network Limited, an Internet Service Provider, where she led the finance function and supported the company’s growth and strategic initiatives Before moving into industry, Amanosi spent more than a decade with PwC Nigeria, rising from Associate to Senior Manager in Assurance. During this period, she specialized in providing audit and advisory services to multinational and leading indigenous companies, with a particular focus on the oil and gas, mining, and broader extractive industries. Her experience spans financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She also completed a two-year secondment in the United Kingdom, where she worked on audits of global listed companies and multinational groups, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to global best practices.Amanosi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and the highest standards of financial stewardship. Isaac Abubakar is a mineral exploration professional with over 15 years of experience across West Africa, specializing in the exploration of gold, tin, coltan, wolframite, copper, manganese, iron ore, phosphate, limestone, and gypsum. He has extensive experience in both greenfield and near-mine exploration projects, including target generation, prospect evaluation, geological mapping, and exploration program management. His early career focused on gold exploration within magmatic-hydrothermal systems in Nigeria, Senegal, Burkina Faso, and Ghana. Isaac is proficient in GIS and geological software, including QGIS, MapInfo, and Global Mapper, and is recognized for his strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective engagement with teams, communities, and executive management. Expert in Mineral Exploration, Geological Mapping, Target Generation, GIS & Spatial Analysis, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Technical Reporting. Mubarak Sam is a dedicated, safety-conscious, and results-driven exploration driller with over 12 years of experience in Diamond Core and Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling across West Africa. He has extensive expertise in exploration drilling operations, equipment maintenance, crew supervision, and safe drilling practices.
Throughout his career, Mubarak has worked with leading drilling and mining companies, including Drill Masters Africa (Ghana), Deep Rock Drilling Services (Ghana), Rapid Link (Nigeria), Segilola Resources Operating Limited (Nigeria), and Sahara Drilling (Burkina Faso). His experience spans diverse geological environments and exploration projects, where he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Mubarak holds qualifications in Diesel and Heavy-Duty Mechanics, Drilling Technology, and Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Ghana. He is also certified in First Aid at Work by St. John Ambulance Ghana and holds an Atlas Copco Bronze Level Certification.

She has gained valuable international exposure through many years of working across diverse markets and brings significant international professional experience and a strong track record in financial management, tax planning, and regulatory compliance across diverse business environments. Lin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in China.

Suanu Nkipnee is a strategic Human Resources leader and certified professional accountant with over two decades of experience designing and implementing people, governance, and organisational effectiveness solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, bringing a rare blend of financial discipline and human capital expertise to organisational leadership.
At Bullcrest Mineral Resources Limited, he leads the Human Resources and Administration function, overseeing workforce strategy, organisational development, talent management, employee relations, governance, compliance, and corporate administration. He plays a central role in establishing the systems, policies, and structures that support the company’s long-term growth and operational stability.
Throughout his career, Suanu has delivered transformative initiatives spanning HR digitalisation, workforce analytics, compensation and rewards design, performance management systems, organisational restructuring, job evaluation frameworks, and labour relations. His approach combines strategic insight, financial rigor, and operational discipline to build fair, accountable, and high-performing organisations.
He represented Nigerian employers at the 113th International Labour Conference in Geneva in 2025, further strengthening his perspective on global labour standards, workforce systems, and the future of work.

Melvin Onagite Metieh is a seasoned executive assistant, mining business advisor, and technology professional with over 20 years of experience spanning mining, project management, information technology, and business development. He currently serves as Executive Assistant (Technical) to the Chairman/CEO of Bullcrest Mineral Resources Limited, providing strategic advisory services in mining operations, engineering procurement, project management, and business development.
Previously, he served as ICT Adviser and Head of ICT at the Solid Minerals Development Fund (SMDF), where he led technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and ICT operations under Nigeria’s Ministry of Solid Minerals Development.
As Managing Director of Mellustre Limited and Globetek Services International Limited, Melvin has successfully led mineral trading, lithium ore procurement and export operations, as well as the delivery of enterprise technology solutions, document management systems, and digital transformation projects for government and private-sector organisations.
His expertise includes mining business advisory, mineral supply chain management, project management, SharePoint and document management systems, ICT strategy, systems administration, and business development. He holds a B.Sc. in Building (Construction Engineering) from Obafemi Awolowo University and has executed major projects for organizations including Solid Minerals Development Fund, British High Commission, Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Directorate of State Services.
He is recognized for his leadership, problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and commitment to delivering results across the mining and technology sectors.
